It was yet another exciting win (113-66) for the Cornfed Derby Dames on June 3rd at Gibson’s Arena in Muncie. The CFDD team started strong and took a quick lead of 40-5. Then CFDD got into penalty trouble before half time. BHRG skated hard and were within 10 points at half time.
After intense half time coaching, CFDD came out strong and never looked back. The dames were back in full force and ready to win! The blocking and jamming was exceptional and so much fun to watch. CFDD is having an amazing year with a record of 3-1.
This was our farewell bout to our amazing jammer, Alotta Pushie. She ended her last bout with CFDD with a “grand slam.” What a way to end a great jamming career with CFDD!!! The dames sure will miss her.
CFDD is on the road until September. Our next home bout is Sunday, September 9th against CCDG’s Party Crashers. Bout starts at 4pm.
