{CFDD vs FW Academy aka diva’s birthday bash!}
Last Sunday we played in our VERY FIRST LIVE BOUT!
Thanks to the Fort Wayne Derby Girls for hosting us!
PRO: We put 101 points on the board!
CON: They put 207 points on the board
PRO: We’ve been playing derby for almost a year!
CON: They had several of their veteran players skating against us
PRO: We sweated as a team. We learned as a team. We came together as a TEAM!
CON: It was a zillion degrees in there!
PRO: We had the best fans! Loud and obnoxious and encouraging all at once! Just the way derby should be!
PRO: The Fort Wayne Derby Girls have some fantastic athleticism on their team! It was fun to play against them! We learned a lot!!
PRO: I can’t think of anymore CONS ;o)
