Scrimmage vs. Fort Wayne Derby Girls

Winter weather got you down? Tired of staying inside to avoid the snow? Well, do we have the thing for you! In a prelude to their much-anticipated sixth season, on Saturday, January 30^th Muncie’s own Cornfed Derby Dames will be taking on the Fort Wayne Derby Girls. This action-packed scrimmage will be held at Gibson’s Skating Arena at 10 am. Cornfed is bigger and badder than ever before, so you’ll see the veteran skaters you know and love skating alongside some new faces. Anything could happen, but one thing is for sure – you won’t want to miss this event. Doors open at 9:30 am and there is a $5 suggested donation. Chairs will not be provided for this event, so get up close and personal and watch the big hits, body checks and crazy moves from suicide seats or the funky Gibson’s mushroom seating. Come be a part of this sneak peek into season six – and we’ll see you on the track!
